I was suggested this Dr's office through my insurance. The first time I went I was seen by a female provider, which I prefer. When I called to schedule my next appointment I was informed she was no longer there. Then when I went in for this appointment I was informed that the Dr I saw for this visit would not be there next time I needed to schedule my next visit. I would have to change office locations or see a different provider. Kind of annoying. I like sticking with the same dr and they've made that impossible. I also waited 45 mins to be seen, we make appointments for a reason.
I had the pleasure of working with Victor Martinez at this office recently, and he made my entire visit smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, Victor was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient.
He quickly confirmed my appointment, explained everything clearly, and even went out of his way to help me understand my insurance details without me having to ask twice. When I mentioned I was in some discomfort and hoping to be seen promptly, Victor was compassionate and immediately coordinated to get me in faster. I recently visited tampa a week ago and had to run to the medical after a minor problem. To say the least, the staff and Doctors give you a very warm welcome. Shout out to the young man who helped me, Victor, truly is a smart young man. If anyone is in need of help come to this center here in tampa.
