Customers can expect a warm and community-like atmosphere, where everyone greets each other like friends. While there may be occasional issues, such as over-picking of cuticles, the management is responsive and resolving. Tisa is awesome and I wish I could give her 100 stars!, she did a great job on my toes (acrylics). She made sure to add every single detail, and she kept asking me if I liked my nails. That showed that she is kind and hard-working, She really cares about her Customers and if you want good work and someone that pays close attention to what you’re asking for I definitely recommend that you ask for her specifically. Now, when I got my fingernails done, I don’t know the man’s name, but he was tall and kind of muscular. He did not pay attention to details and he could have been more gentle. Was in town for the weekend and decided to get a pedicure. My toes were already painted and I did not want them to repaint them, but I noticed it was chipped so I asked them if they had this exact polish with a glow top because my other toes glow in the dark, they told me yes at the end of the service they said they do not have it and was not able to put the exact color on it so communication Was good but I was being lied to just so I can be serviced. My pedicure was rushed as well clean 6 out of 10 not impressed for an out of town customer . I won’t be back.

Nice and clean there was only one bad thing I had an issue with with my pedicure the cuticle was picked too hard but the manager was very kind a resolved the issue.Great management and salon.
