While wait times may occur, the knowledgeable doctors and staff are worth the wait, answering questions and explaining care plans. The staff is described as very friendly, speaking both English and Spanish clearly, and providing fast and professional care. Patients appreciate the friendly and polite service, and the doctors, including Dr. Prado, are praised for their excellent work. However, some patients have experienced difficulty finding the correct location due to the shared address with an apartment complex.
We've been customers going on 10 years plus. I'm grateful to the staff at Prado Vision because they treat you as if you're a part of their family. There's no pressure to buy high-end products. What I like most is picking out glasses with Atala Nouel. She has great customer service skills and love for all her patients.
