Really happy with my experience at Optical Outlets. From the moment I walked in, the staff made everything easy and stress-free. The selection of frames was great, and the office was very clean and organized. Melissa helped me during my appointment and she was fantastic. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me find frames that looked great and fit comfortably. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service. The place was nice, although it looked more like an office than a shop. A young blonde woman was very quick and easy to deal with, the other brunette was an electric pole. They don't explain or detail the price. It cost me 550 plus 300, it's a rip-off and they don't give you a receipt. It was fast. I received my glasses in a matter of a week and they don't adjust them. They give them to you in a bag and get lost, we've already beaten you. I recommend it, but be prepared to be exploited for the price.
