About Optical Outlets
Optical Outlets is a popular eyewear resource in Florida, known for its eye examinations, designer eyeglasses, and custom contact lenses at over 50 locations. Many customers appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of the eye doctors, with long-term patients expressing loyalty to their providers. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness is often highlighted, particularly by those who have had positive interactions with individuals like Francisco and Betsy, who are praised for their attention to detail and excellent service. Silvio is noted for his patience and professionalism, making the experience enjoyable for patients. However, some reviews mention that the service can feel rushed, with a focus on getting patients in and out quickly, leading to a less personal experience. Overall, while some feedback points to areas for improvement in customer care, many still recommend Optical Outlets for its quality services and wide selection of eyewear.
