Although I've been a Coast Dental customer for many years, this is only my second visit at this location. I returned for hygienist, Heizel (apologies if I misspelled her name) who has been very thorough, patient and courteous during the whole treatment process. She is very good & checks on your comfort level regularly. She gets my 4 stars. As for the cost of services there, I signed up for their $99 SmilePlus members plan hoping to save on Xrays & cleaning however, this plan no longer includes any cleaning for which they charge a discounted fee of $165 plus anesthetic, etc. Also, a FREE electric toothbrush is no longer included as well. I have always gotten anxiety going to the dentist I had a lot of bad experiences growing up. I knew I had waited far too long to start scheduling my own appointments once I moved out of my childhood home. Finally, I bit the bullet and booked an appointment. The staff was all so friendly and constantly checked to ensure I was comfortable at all stages of the cleaning and filling process. Erika, my hygienist was incredibly thoughtful, experienced and personable. I appreciated thoroughly that Dr. Abraham showed me my x rays and UV scans of my teeth to identify exactly what the issues were and how she planned to address them. This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I used to go to another dentist office for the past twenty years but when I started coming to this office from reception team , to X-rays, to the amazing hygienist, to the best of all Dr. Marah. She is the sweetest person ever you should see how she treat her team with ease, and kindness, also she is the most expert with a very light, gentle working hands, and a beautiful soul. She walked me through the process a step by a step and you will not feel the slightest pain as she fixes your teeth.
