“Great experience with Kent! My first time here. I think Kent and the team are great people, kind, respectful. I admitted I like to relax and have my hands done before my feet. I had to have my hands soak and the whole process will take longer because I want to complete the hands/nails first. Kent was so accommodating! He thought it was strange because most people want to have things done simultaneously to make the process as fast but efficient as possible. However he was happy to take things slower for me. I really appreciate it because although it takes longer it is longer time away from the home, husband, kids, work, stress. A relaxing time. :)So thank you! Plus my nails look great. If you don’t like something, politely make it known along the way. They are so accommodating but they are not mind readers people.
