This is an update. My first experience with Mr. Rooter left a lot to be desired on a number of levels. I originally gave them a 1 star because of issues with an installation of my hot water heater control valve. However I called for a followup to their work and they sent a very experience tech out (unlike the first time) and he checked everything, purged my gas line to the heater (which had started to give me errors again on the new install) and everything went very smoothly. So thank you. Mistakes are inevitable. How we handle them, regroup and press on correctly is just as important as making it right the first time (which is the goal). So thanks much for the followup.
This was my first time using Mr. Rooter company for plumbing services. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from two of their technicians. Chris and Omer were outstanding. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.
What stood out most was that they took the time to thoroughly address the problem and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Their knowledge, efficiency and dedication to excellent customer service gave me great confidence in the company.

Graham was awesome! He was able to diagnose the problem and immediately unclog the drain. We purchased a perma-liner from Mr Rooter 21 years ago in 2005 and it has worked perfectly since then. Jon and Alex were first on site to determine what we needed and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing issues!
