“I went to Sage Infusion for about a year (the meds weren't helping my migraines, so I have stopped going). Their staff is always pleasant. They explain the process thoroughly. “There was an issue with my grandmother’s authorization, but let me just say that this office manager, Ms. Lena did her due diligence to get the issue resolved, promptly. I really appreciate her for working on this issue as soon as possible. Ms. Mae, in the auth department was extremely helpful as well and work with urgency in assuring that the authorization was faxed over to my grandmother’s allergist. This REALLY made both of our days. “Physical Medicine Center is a Top tier medical facility. From the front desk to all the staff who care for you. Dr. Lupo fixed a nagging back problem i was having and not only kept me going at work but relieved the pain with compassion and kindness. Cathy and the office staff always found a way to get me in to see Dr. Lupo when my schedule was hectic. She was delightful as was the entire office staff. Deborah and the team in the physical therapy department, where kind, compassionate, and always made sure you where treated kindly and professionally. One of the only medical offices that I've ever been in that you felt like family as soon as you arrived. Thank you to everyone who cared for me while I was there. Highly recommend Dr. Lupo and his staff they are Tampa's Best Kept Secret for sure.“

“I'm actually a new patient for almost 3 months. I've always had really good experiences accept for today. I called in, was put on hold for 15 mins and not one persongot back to me or looked at the phoneto see if anyone was holding.

I hung up, called back and my call was answered on the 4th ring!...but no one took time to get back to me!

When I expressed my frustration...and I was nice when I did...I got no apology.
