They were nice and friendly they listened to what I had to say and felt and I think I'm going to enjoying working with them I like them so much that I'm going to tell one of my friends about them
Seems to me every time I need a referral they have to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner. Makes no sense to me especially when procedures are being ordered by a specialist. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like insurance gouging to me.
I chose Dr. Roberto Ramirez as my primary care physician and I have not been disappointed. I was a little concerned at first because I don't speak Spanish and they're very fluent in speaking Spanish but they clearly speak English and Spanish and I was able to understand everything that was going on. The team at TLC have gone over and beyond to help me get things I needed done especially for a medical clearance release I needed for my dentist. Every time I call or visit they are asking if my meds need to be filled. I am a survivor of TBI so I find that very helpful to me.
