I don't know what's wrong with these reviewers, but dealing with this business was pretty easy. It's dry cleaning. You give them clothes and money, they give you clothes back. Got my suit back the next day.
I came here twice and it is truly a rip off. They don't tell you how much the product will be to clean it until you pick it up and they charge an outrageous amount to clean anything. Will never return. The staff were nice but then when you ask the price they were snippy.
I have been using this location exclusively for 5 years for suits/dress pants. Staff are prompt, polite, knowledgeable and the quality of cleaning has always been good. I have also had them re-sole my shoes twice (although that takes a couple of weeks, since the cobbler is not on site.)
