Customer service is always welcome and service in general is amazing. I drive from the other side of Tampa to drop off my clothes there. The prices have gone up, which is understandable given the current economy.

While riding my mobility device back to the bus stop today, I realized I was way low on battery. The lady inside let me charge up for a few minutes, and even offered me a water. She's a dog fan, too. Thanks to you, I made it home to my beagle.

I cleaned my suit, dry clean. perfect time and service and cheaper price... they send me a massage when it's ready and they also put a new button free, I didn't ask for that
