I am overjoyed with how Mikayla took care of me today. I’ve been searching for someone to cut and color my hair since moving to Florida early this year. I saw Serena a few weeks ago and she accepted my appointment for a Monday over the weekend which I appreciated since it was on short notice. When I got there I noticed that the salon is very clean and all the staff members were so so so friendly. Before my appointment my hair went to my butt and I was terrified to cut my hair, but Serena did such a great job at listening to me. She cut away the damaged ends without taking so much length away, and she cut layers for me to take away some of the weight and to help me since the weather is getting warmer. Previously, I would compulsively only go to barbers. However, Grace Soto can truly do it all! She listened to my opinions and provided thoughtful feedback and expertise which led to an amazing result. Grace gave me an excellent haircut and beard trim that suits my style, personality, and face shape very well and I couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service in the chair and at the desk was professional, warm, and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!
