“Laura took the time and met with me prior to my service so that she could see my hair and offer me solutions/ options to help me achieve my goal of transitioning to gray. On the day of my appointment she again took the time to explain the process and to make certain that this was still what I wanted to do. As she worked through the heavy highlighting she continued to explain everything to me and made certain to give me very clear direction for the maintenance and care of my hair.
