A 5 star experience all the way around. They answered my call at 9pm and had Dearick scheduled for a consult at 9am. He was genuine, attentive and an active listener. He diagnosed the opportunities, listened to my concerns with the current set up, and recommended the right units for me.We bought this house in July. This unit was new to us & not operating well. They helped me solve my humidity, growth and moisture problems literally overnight because the crew was on site the next day completing the work.We agreed to install a new 5 ton Daikin, update 6 ducts, and install a UV and purifier. I've had the same A/C guy for 6 years and am absolutely thrilled to have found(and switched to) Air 24/7. I reached out to Air 24/7 and spoke to Sarah to schedule a consultation and quote on a new 5 ton system. She had project manager, Dearick Nealy, to our house less than 2 hours later. It was very clear that Dearick knows HVAC systems extremely well - he was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining the process and what our options were. WOW! We had our AC replaced in September, what a difference it makes compared to our old unit. Much quieter, and it doesn't run all day.
