I've always used this location and generally never had any problems. The last time I went, I ordered glasses for my children. The glasses I received for my daughter were NOT the glasses that I ordered and they looked at me crazy as if I was lying because I had no proof. The lady even had the nerve tell me to ask my daughter (7 years old) if they were the same. The brand was completely different. I even looked for the frames on the sales floor and they just suspiciously no longer existed Hmmm. I basically had to take one to the chin and take the frames they gave me. NEVER will I ever do business again. Do better Johns road optical.

Staff is not very welcoming. No smiles, warm greetings. I wouldn't recommend glasses are very selective and expensive. All the answers were no instead of letting me see what I could do. We were better going elsewhere. Americans Best offer 2 pairs for less than $100. Next time.

Never get you in on timely fashion after having an appointment. The glasses are why to high but get this you will spend more on on gas trying to get what you payed for fixed. They don't care, you spend all that money on glare and transition glass and they don't work after a month of wearing them. Don't waste your money buy sunglasses and save your money. This place is a joke.
