I’m a part time Tampa area resident. A niece was borrowing our older vehicle when it broke down near this shop. Gabriel and team prepared an estimate at no charge and clearly explained all the issues. We decided not to fix it but couldn’t have it towed for several days as we were out of town. Gabriel allowed us to park it at his shop no charge! I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service! These guys rock!
I've been coming to this Express for the past two years and these guys know their stuff! I've been meaning to leave a review but wanted to give it enough time and a couple oil changes to make sure. Darius and Gabe are always so nice and honest and Gabe is willing to work with you if you have any budget concerns! They are never pushy and they always explain everything so thoroughly! They even have a window in the waiting area so you can watch them work on your car, which is cool and assuring to see.
Mel and the team did an excellent job working on my fleet, couldn't ask for a better shop than this. Efficient, trustworthy and easy to work with - highly recommend doing business here.
