This was my first time using this place, and I must say: I AM IMPRESSED! I went to the 10 minute oil change side. Sam was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. She went out of her way to fix an issue I was having with my car display, which she didn't have to do, but I SO appreciate! :) It cost $97 for full synthetic oil. I *will* be back for future oil changes and car maintenance.
I recently took my 2020 Chevy Spark to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for an oil change and general vehicle inspection, and I had a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the condition of my vehicle without any pressure to purchase additional services.
The oil change was completed in about 45 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. During that time, they performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, checking fluids, brakes, tires, battery, and other important components. I appreciated receiving a clear overview of what was in good condition and what may need attention in the future.
