We recently bought our second Aviator from Parks Lincoln of Tampa. The team at Parks went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were satisfied. To say they provided excellent customer service is an understatement. We cannot give enough high praise to the GSM, Craig or our salesperson, Fred.P.S. Drew in service is also great to work with!
Very happy I came there for service on my vehicle. I had a recall an oil change, a tire rotation. The man that took exceptional care of me was Drew. Everyone I met in service was so nice . Drew treated me like I was part of his family. They got the job done , took less time than I thought it would. Can’t say enough about the service I have had since I bought my car from Parks a year ago. Thank you!
Very courteous professional. They gave me the 5 start treatment I loved bringing my car in they even washed and cleaned my car for me!!troy you are fabulous!! My only complaint is I wish the service that my car requires would be cheaper! Excellent service though 10 stars!
