I came to the clinic without an appointment, in significant pain, after multiple failed attempts to obtain my medication through pharmacies. Although the Office Manager was not available that day, a front desk staff member, Kaitlyn, immediately stepped in to help. She took my prescription to the clinical team and followed up promptly.

To my relief, Dr. McMeekin, who had been on leave for a few weeks, happened to be in the clinic that day. Thanks to the efforts and coordination of Kaitlyn and the entire front desk team, they arranged for me to be seen the same day. After waiting, I received a new evaluation and all the prescriptions I needed.

Their compassion, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond made a very difficult situation much easier. I am truly grateful to Kaitlyn and the front desk staff for their outstanding support and care.
