I wanted to update my previous review after giving Apollo Beach Dermatology another try. This time I met Dr. Jay Agarwal and Nurse Jaleen, and the experience was completely different from my first visit. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Agarwal took the time to listen carefully, explain my condition clearly, and discuss practical treatment options without rushing. Nurse Jaleen was equally supportive, kind, and very knowledgeable — she made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. Together they created an environment where I felt heard, respected, and confident about the care I was receiving.

What really stood out was their professionalism, patience, and the way they offered solutions for every concern I had. They made sure I understood the next steps and reassured me throughout the appointment. I left feeling much happier, more confident, and truly in good hands.

I appreciate how they turned my experience around, and I’m glad I gave the clinic another chance. Thank you to Dr. Agarwal and Nurse Jaleen for the excellent care and positive experience.

I went today for first time and met RACHEL SMITH. Not sure if she is a doctor or nurse or what. She didn’t have any answer and she didn’t seem to know what she was reviewing. I ended up the appointment because it was a waste of time. I highly recommend to hire professionals that are subject matter expert or maybe have RACHEL SMITH shadow someone to learn how she can diagnose and deal with Patient. I highly not recommending seeing her at all. I don’t mind to go again if I will see another doctor who can really diagnose and give me a professional opinion.“
