The facility is new, bright and spotless, but that’s just the surface. Underneath you will find a staff that’s professional, courteous, and engaging.

Both visits I worked with Elizabeth (Lilly) Bettinger, P.A. She clearly knows her stuff, but beyond that she is conversational (you’ve all had that doctor that’s purely clinical and cold as ice, right?) and caring. She takes the time to ask questions and actually listens to your answers!

As she performed the (minor) procedure on me this morning, she kept me engaged in non-procedure-related conversation, interrupting only to be sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. I wasn’t, and I’m the guy that would say so if I was. Before I knew it, she was finished, and even again asked questions before discussing post-care. Wow.
