Are you looking for the best Loan Officer who “does more” instead of “good enough” from all the other mortgage lenders? You’re looking for David Barrett with CharterStone Mortgage.Moving back to the area to be near family, the amount of effort and time David spent was above and beyond what we’ve experienced in the past when purchasing a home.We were using a VA loan, which often can be wrought with lengthy stipulations, so it’s common for the process to take 30 days or more to close with an ordinary lender.
