Ignore the other reviews. This one is a REAL REVIEW! I have worked with Matthew McDuffee and his team at FBC Mortgage 3 times now. Matthew was the most straight up, and honest mortgage broker. The first time I worked with him, he gave me his best rate right from the beginning, and my credit score was just okay. I shopped around and was offered at least a half point higher everywhere else. When I told the other mortgage brokers about my rate from Matt, they asked for a chance to match it. That is when I knew Matthew was the right guy.
