Great product, great price, great install. Very happy with our EAS windows. West Coast offered the best price compared to other vendors selling the same product. Install took two days for 13 windows and a sliding door. They also took the time to educate me on proper care. When the time comes to replace the front door, West Coast Windows easily has our business.
West Coast Windows installed all our windows and a beautiful sliding glass door to our patio. Due to the weight of the door, the handle on the inside cracked. They honored the warranty with no questions asked, and once the part was in, came out quickly replaced it and have the door working as good as new.
Had West Coast Windows install 18 windows in my home in 2013 and did an excellent job. On August 17th of this year I called to have two windows looked at which were malfunctioning Andrew responded from the company at the exact time stated repaired the problem Windows of functioning perfectly.
