Beverly went above and beyond for me today. I needed 3 packs of door hinges. She showed me where they were in the store. They only had 1 left. Then she called another store and said they have the other 2 I needed. She said she was going to another store and that she would get them and call me when they arrived. They arrived and I was able to put my bathroom and bedroom doors back up in the same day after painting. Thank you so much Beverly! Every store needs people like you.
The best service ever! Employees are helpful and know their products. They will answer any questions and explain thoroughly how to use the product you purchase. Also, employees are friendly and considerate.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind! It's 30 minutes further than the Ace Hardware closest to home and I'm considering making it my regular ace store because the staff is amazing!
