HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! Facebook is showing this is a 5 star company but in reality Facebook does not give me the option to leave any stars. SUMMARY: I literally spent a total of 9 days without running water waiting for Associated Plumbing Inc to re-pipe my whole house due to a leak underneath the slab. The morning they were scheduled to fix the problem they canceled stating they didn't have enough employees to do the job due to callouts. They were supposed to come out the following day, Saturday, and they did a NO CALL NO SHOW leaving me ALL weekend without running water while they were aware I was still living in my condo. They also DID NOT return any of my phone calls or voicemails ALL weekend until Monday morning came around at which point my homeowners association had already called a different plumbing company to do the work because I couldn't be without running water another day. They completely lost our trust. FULL STORY: I found a leak outside & inside my condo. My homeowners association called Associated Plumbing Inc that Monday. They came out that day and scheduled to look inside my walls in an attempt to locate the leak the following day (Tuesday). I didn't want holes in my walls so I inquired about doing a leak detection instead which was done on that Tuesday by a third party company that Associated Plumbing recommended. It was discovered that the leak was underneath the slab and the third party company recommended I re-pipe my whole house. The problem and recommendations were discovered on Tuesday. I'm not sure why so much time was wasted since they were aware I was still living in my condo without any running water all this time, but finally at 3 PM on Thursday Associated Plumbing finally called me stating they were going to come out and fix the problem the following day. I informed them I would reach out to my HOA to find out who's paying for everything before giving them green light. I called my HOA at 3:11 PM and I called Associated Plumbing back around 3:20 PM giving them the green light to come out. I called out sick to work on Friday to be available for them since they informed us it would be an all day repair. Friday morning they called to cancel stating they didn't have enough workers to come out b/c they had call outs. They rescheduled for the next day and I called out sick again on Saturday expecting them to show up. On Saturday not only did they also, once again, not show up, they did a no call no show and despite my multiple phone calls and voicemails to them I did not hear from them that entire weekend until Monday morning when they apologized for not coming out and not calling. They attempted to reschedule a 3rd time to come out but at that point they lost my complete trust and my association had to hire a different company to come out and do the job.
