As a real estate broker, I've worked with more HVAC companies than I can remember ... however, I will insist that my clients use Anchor Air from now on because of their world-class responsiveness at a very fair price. Instead of simply ordering a replacement coil and waiting the quoted 10 days from his supplier, the owner called around to find the part locally, then got a tech out to repair our unit within one day. Called and got an estimate within a day, the price was extremely competitive even below what others I know paid for a new system. Tried to get other estimates but they couldn't get here in a reasonable amount of time and the old system was dying a slow death. By the time it got to be 82⁰ in the house I couldn't take it anymore and since the other companies couldn't even get here for an estimate, I called on Tuesday to tell them I accepted their estimate and when can they come and do the job and they said tomorrow. I said do it. Very pleased with the efficiency and speed and the price was very competitive and 24 hours later my home was nice and cool.Service: Installation
