Someone give Marten a raise! I’ve have 4 people come out and assist with AC problems we’ve had here at our rental. Marten was the first and only one to go the extra mile and actually figure out the issue and fix it instead of try and be done as quick as possible. Zion came to our business late in the afternoon and was incredibly kind and professional. He explained the problem, briefed us on the solution, and made the repair very quickly. He was sure to be respectful of our space and went so far as to avoid waking the through building so as to not track dirt and debris inside. We were very pleased and while we don’t hope to need to call for maintenance or repairs, if we do we hope either Zion or someone as awesome as him to come.
