Ro and her staff were empathetic, professional, attentive to detail, and responsive. They made what could have been a difficult and stressful process very simple. They followed up with emails and texts and honored our family's wishes. They went out of their way to provide amplifying information on things like military burial rights, biodegradable urns, etc. They were understanding of our preferring to have a celebration of life in a private home, vice the funeral home. Losing my brother has been a devastating experience. I was overwhelmed with emotions and didn’t known where to start. Rohaema at Baird-Case Jordan Fannin Funeral Home was so helpful in guiding me through the whole process. I really appreciate how they treated my brother with dignity and respect. Everyone I encountered at BCJF was kind and sympathetic to the circumstances. It’s a sad time for my family, but we are thankful for Baird-Case Jordan Fannin Funeral Home.
