They were relatively quick for a straight cremation and cost was the lowest I found. All forms were on-line and they use electronic signatures, which was useful given that I live more than 1000 miles away. The ashes were shipped in a simple cardboard box, as requested; however, they were not packed very well, and the ashes didn't even fit in the inner box. Fortunately the plastic bag did not break and the outer box did not fail. So, 4.5 stars, but I'll check 5.
When my spouse passed they were caring and compassionate beyond words. Transparent and honest. Traveled to another county to transport back to Broward. Arranged flowers, spoke with church leadership to coordinate service. Truly grateful forever for Sean at Aaron’s!
Had a really good experience. Communication was great. They handled everything from pickup, paperwork, filing necessary governmental papers, death certificate and called to make an appointment once everything was completed. Turnaround time was just about 10 working days.Booking was easily done online and very explanatory and all the questions were easy to answer and clear. Sean was helpful, sympathetic and thorough. Prices were the most reasonable I could find without sacrificing anything.
