Neptune Memorial Reef took the most difficult time our family has ever faced and turned it into the most caring, personal and comforting experience possible. The entire team, Michael, Nikita and Pedro were always there to make a very difficult situation as easy and organized as we ever could have hoped for. Their helpfulness, kindness and compassion was truly a blessing to our entire family.The reef itself is beautiful, peaceful and teeming with amazing ocean life.
