Jim is a great guy and passionate about computers. I can see why he may rub people the wrong way, but I'm used to talking shop! He takes great care of his customers and always does what is the best for them.

I took my computer in with all sorts of problems. The man found out the it was just my optical drive that was causing everything else to fail. He charged me very little for the estimate plus the repair. They were really nice.

I took my computer in and needed a lot of stuff. They found out that it was only one thing that was wrong and that was setting all the other things to fail. They were super nice and charged me very fairly and saved me a lot of money by doing the hard work of finding what was really wrong rather than replacing everything.
