I called for a personal desktop touch-screen repair quote, he informed me that the company I had called only serviced large business but still, he spent the time with me (first thing in the morning as they just opened) to find a local shop that possibly could assist in my repair needs.

This level of attention to my issue was really kind, especially since he, himself, wouldnt be benefitting monetarily (in this moment) from this time spent helping me.
