“Jost is the best Pilates instructor I have ever taken class from, whether it is a traditional mat class, yoga Pilates blend, or the reformer. Every class is different, challenging, inspiring, strengthening, and I am NEVER bored. I have chronic back pain and his reformer class did more for this pain than months of physical therapy, Pain management doctors, or massage. He is truly a master at his craft. he gives a variety of cues, he is creative in his sequencing, and he will challenge you to do more than you think you can. He also provides modifications as needed. I have never hurt myself in his class which speaks a lot to his level of training, continued self study, and attention to his clients.”
