Clients have expressed their gratitude for the exceptional care provided by the hospital. One customer praised Dr. Jennifer Smith for her quick action and compassionate treatment of their pup during an emergency visit on a Sunday afternoon. Another customer, who recently moved to the area, was pleased with the affordable and attentive care their cat received during a late-night visit. Customers have also noted the hospital's superior care compared to their previous veterinary provider, particularly in the diagnosis of a heart murmur for their pet.
Eva and Dr. Dean took care of my CoCo's emergency visit with love and professionalism, and I was treated respectfully and empathetically. Based on this experience, I would return to Northwood in a pet emergency, and I would recommend Northwood to others.
My sweet Mazee had an eye problem during the late afternoon of last Friday. I called the office, explained the situation and they promptly got us in to see Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith examined her and found she had a scratched cornea and an ear infection. She quickly diagnosed Mazee, gave me medicine for both problems, and we were on our way home. I could tell Mazee felt better by the next morning and continues to improve. Thank you, Dr. Smith, and staff at Northwood. They are great!!
I fully recommend Northwood Animal Hospital!! On two different occasions Dr Brown and her team provided incredible after hours care for my pups. Thank you again. Transparent pricing, kind staff, and timely care when we needed it most.
