Dr. Hall, Caden, Reese, and Candy were all absolutely amazing! Reese and Candy were so kind and helpful every time we called, Caden was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Hall was wonderful with our very young kitten.
We had a bad experience at another vet, so coming here was such a relief. From the moment we came in, we felt like our concerns were truly heard and, most importantly, that our kitten was safe and in very good hands. Novey was able to fit our dog in on short notice, and we were so grateful for the wonderful care we received. The entire staff was great and Dr. Hall was truly exceptional. She guided us through a very difficult decision with empathy and compassion, never pressuring us in one direction or another. She took the time to explain our options and supported us every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better care during such a difficult time.
