“My experience with Apria has been positive overall. Lisa from the local Tallahassee office actually worked with me to get my insurance to approve the machine. Lisa also provided excellent guidance and instruction when first introducing me to my new CPAP machine. Later, when I had difficulty, the corporate CSR with whom I spoke was also patient and attempted to help me.Lisa and Denise most recently went out of their way to help when I had an issue, reaching out to me, fitting me in quickly, and identifying my issue (which was user error).Regarding reaching someone by phone described as a problem in other reviews, I think this may be a call routing issue. It seemed to me that all of my calls went to the corporate office rather than the local office. I don't know if the local office received my messages. I recommend persevering if possible and hope Apria works to resolve that problem.“
