My experience with Apria has been positive overall. Lisa from the local Tallahassee office actually worked with me to get my insurance to approve the machine. Lisa also provided excellent guidance and instruction when first introducing me to my new CPAP machine. After reading all of these reviews, I was extremely hesitant on using this healthcare supplier. After a few rounds of phone tag, to get my mothers appointment set up, I was in contact with Heather. She was very helpful in getting my mother in to be fitted for a Cpap machine. Heather is very professional, helpful and kind! I would recommend her services to anyone .
While one person Heather at the Tallahassee Apria office had good customer service training, and quickly deflated any irritation, another was quite the opposite. I had not been able to make an ambiguous appointment that was left as, "come if you can" the day before, which I could not, so ran by the office on my way to take care of something else. There is a sign out front that said not to come in but to call a number and someone would come out. I called three times and it rang till it went to an answering machine.
