I called the day my Izzy passed away in her sleep. They were so kind and helpful. I took her that day and they arranged for a final goodbye the next day. She was as beautiful and sweet as in life. I received her ashes the next day with paw prints and brought her home. I truly recommend Anderson McQueen for your beloved family.
I brought my 17 year old pup to Anderson McQueen on 38th Avenue recently and the staff were so patient and kind. They arranged for me and my family, along with my other fur baby, to say a final goodbye in their pet themed rainbow bridge room. The wall waterfalls and candles throughout the room made a difficult time much more peaceful. She was laid on a soft doggie bed with a lovely blanket. It really looked like she was just sleeping. thank you thank you to Anthony and staff for all your kindness ❤️fyi, the pictures were taken when they were showing me the room, so my little one isn't in them, this all happened in 2022, which prompted me to apply for a position with them, so grateful that I can be a part of helping pet families, like mine, navigate their grief with sympathy and compassion, as I was shown
