We would like to show our appreciation for the services we received from Mr. Smith and Mrs. Jackson. We travelled from Miami on a Sunday and even though the funeral home was closed, they came to help us with cremation paperwork for our relative. They were very kind and professional.
Very poor customer service. We paid for 2 cars for the Memorial service. As we were walking out of the church, one of the attendants told me that my family and I had to find away home for the family and flowers, because they had to be at another service. If that was the case, we would have never paid for cars. We could have driven ourselves to the church. It took 5 weeks to received my Mother's remains after cremation. When I went to get the Urn the name plate was broken. I have called twice to see if the new name plate is in. Each time I've been told someone will give me a call back. I could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Smith's Funeral Home, We had some pretty wild request and extremely high standards while laying our dear mother to rest. Once they understood what we needed, the staff including Mr. Smith went over and beyond to assist us impeccably, I am eternally grateful.
