Nothing about out of state complications or the family requesting a three month delay in the graveside service gave pause to Amy Norris, who is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and patient, professional and compassionate. The entire staff, most of whom I had a chance to speak with due to my many calls, was kind and helpful. The advance work for engraving was handled beautifully and the actual service was flawless. It was as if I had a good friend who happened to work at the cemetery and supported me through the entire process.
Losing someone is never an event one is usually prepared for , a definite lost feeling I was recently faced with this year in late December, 2023. My father passed away at 38 years old , and memorial park was my first choice of funeral home . Suggested by family , and they treated me as such - respectful , no rushing or pushing for payment . To help me through this obviously difficult time , I had two very empathetic and supportive women working with me - Tracy and Anna . I can't say enough about Jacob and how he handled all the details.He was pleasant, and informative about the entire process and was quick to respond to all my questions. I highly recommend Jacob and all the staff at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
