Hi on April 18th I had an appointment with a professional and caring lady name Ramona Thomas at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. This message goes out to Ramona Thomas, funeral advisor who took care of my funeral desires. Ramona not only spoke with me about future funeral arrangements. Her knowledge is great in knowing the funeral products in services, etc. So the discussion pertaining to the business part went smooth. Ramona not only sat with me over a few hours to discuss business, she took the time out of our meeting to connect with me emotionally of the pasts deaths of my love ones. Sharing with me about her experiences and her family. Making me feel comfortable in listening to me as I shared my feelings of family and the recent passings in January 2025 as well as I did the same for Ramona. We connected well and it seemed we both needed this and we were able to do so for eachother. After I left our meeting, I felt burdens, hurt carrying, etc reduced and off my shoulders and felt lighter because Ramona took that extra time aside to ask me how things going and being humane Opening up and be a good supporter towards me. 5 + Stars!!! We had a great experience for my Mom’s service. We worked with Josie, Anne Marie & Anne. Josie was wonderful and helped us throughout the whole process. Anne Marie greeted us when we arrived the day of the service, helped us set everything up & helped make sure our family & friends were taken care of. Anne helped us with the graveside service. Everything went better than expected. They were all extremely compassionate & made a very difficult time a lot easier. The flowers done through their website were beautiful.
