Had the pleasure of working with Chris Lambeth on a home inspection. Would highly recommend him. He was very responsive to all texts, calls and emails, answered all my questions and was able to turn around the inspection in a timely manner as well as the 4pt inspection.

My entire real estate team has used and referred Pelican, specifically Scott and Brian for years (10+) and they had done hundreds of inspections for us at every price point from 150k-3M+! Wonderful experience! Chris inspected 2 houses for me. He was thorough, personable, and made sure I understood the meanings behind the inspection findings. Chris allowed me to be much better informed during the home buying process. I highly recommend Chris and Pelican.
