They recently did a home inspection for me on a house I was purchasing on the water. They did an excellent job very thorough inspection. I would recommend them highly. I think the bad reviews are coming from people that they were a seller and they didn’t like the results.

I've been relying on Pelican Property Inspection for real estate purchase inspections for 20 years! They are thorough and professional.
