My wife and I live in Pennsylvania but we're looking to buy in Florida. All searches for property have been on-line, conversations with our agent via email or cell phones. We made an offer but needed a home inspection before closing. Our agent recommended Bells Home Inspections and we took a leap of faith. To make a long story a bit shorter, Eldar did such a thorough job that we pulled our offer off the table. His report, detailing deficiencies, SAVED us big money. Bells did an absolutely outstanding job, from start to finish. When I called for an inspection, they came out the very next morning. The inspector Damir was very helpful and informative, thorough, and quick to answer all questions. Then we had our reports the very next morning. Nothing negative I can say, dealing with Bells was a great experience!
