Was able to get a same day service call on a Friday afternoon, in the middle of a heatwave. Billy came, did his assessment, and gave me a fair and honest quote. I am so grateful because it was becoming too difficult to work at home. Now both me and my family are comfortable and did not break the bank trying to survive the heat. We had an emergency A/C issue on a Wednesday afternoon and the Sevier team was out in under 2 hours. Damen diagnosed the problem very quicly and fixed it immediately.
