“We were pretty impressed. I called at 10:30am for a clogged toilet. This was after my husband tried to auger it with no success. Chris answered the phone and told me someone would be here after 3pm. I told him we were home all day, no rush. Christian came at about 4. He was extremely polite and explained everything that he was going to do/was doing. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't straightforward, but Christian persevered. Eventually, he was able to clear the clog without removing the toilet. After he cleaned up his mess/equipment, he cleaned up the toilet! The price was very reasonable, especially since someone showed up the same day we called! Thank you gentlemen, for a job well done!“

“We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it.
