“Our Bug Out tech guy is Nathan. He’s always so polite and Courteous. He always shows up when he’s scheduled, contacts me to let me know what time he will arrive and arrives on time. Does a great job taking care of our yard. Nathan also takes the time to explain to me what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. I really appreciate what he does out in the heat and what a good job he does.”
