Scott promptly called me back and and requested I send him photos of the bugs I was seeing within our home. After he received the photos, he quickly called me back and took the time to educate me on American vs German roaches along with next steps. He was able to come out a couple days later and was very thorough in his assessment and treatment of the property. I was so impressed with Scott’s level of personalization and customer service that we signed up for quarterly treatment for the year. Their prices are absolutely fair and reasonable but I would’ve paid twice what was charged to be treated with the level of customer service that I experience from Scott. If you’re looking for and extermination company, these are your people!“
