Called Baker Pest Control as I was having tiny roaches show up in a condo we recently purchased. Scott promptly called me back and and requested I send him photos of the bugs I was seeing within our home. After he received the photos, he quickly called me back and took the time to educate me on American vs German roaches along with next steps. He was able to come out a couple days later and was very thorough in his assessment and treatment of the property. Dan C.has been our technician for over a year and he is outstanding!! He’s consistently friendly, courteous, thorough and punctual.
