Our Bug Out tech guy is Nathan. He’s always so polite and Courteous. He always shows up when he’s scheduled, contacts me to let me know what time he will arrive and arrives on time. Does a great job taking care of our yard. Nathan also takes the time to explain to me what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. I really appreciate what he does out in the heat and what a good job he does.
Josh Evans arrived at our home exactly as promised. He was able to answer all of our questions with answers that clearly demonstrated his knowledge of the insect problem we were dealing with. It was a definite plus that he very personable. Obviously, happy with the service.
We got our regular lawn treatment today by the same man that’s been doing it for a long time and he was very thorough and explained to me about some dry spots that we had that needed watering.
