Jose provides excellent customer service. He takes time to listen if you are having a specific issue and explains the course of action. There have even been times that he follow up with me. Thanks Jose, I am sure we will stay ahead of all these pesky intruders!

Great service always provided by Bug Out. We definitely recommend them for pest control. Our service technician Ahias is very professional and does a thorough job. He also takes the time to answer any questions we have and recommend tips and service to maintain our home pest free. Very happy with Bug Out.
