Very happy with their service. They installed a new toilet in my home about a year ago. Had some issues with the toilet (no surprise, the contractor who originally tried to install it couldn’t do it) and I made a phone call and they came out the next day. I was provided a 2 hour window that they’d come. We all know companies never follow through with timeframes; however, they did! The plumber called me to give me a 20 minute notice of arrival too. Very happy about that. Major plumbing did another great job, helping us this time with repairs on two sink drains at our rental property. Previously, Major had done a very proficient job replacing all the plumbing and a water heater in our own home. Ed and Caleb were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Hope Major will always be there when we need a quick response to a plumbing issue!
