Mr. Sterling was amazing. I called on a Tuesday and he came out the following day. I had him come out for one thing to fix. However I asked about replacing something else another time. Well he said while he was here. He could do it that same day. I was so excited. I said that would be great. I couldn't have asked for a better company. Very polite, punctual, professional and reasonable. He was highly recommended by my Aunt. She has been using this company for over 40 years. A great company. I was very impressed with how they squeezed me in for a appointment for a leak I had on the outside of my house and reliable fast accurate service. Price was affordable. Just disappointed that he didn't have cement to totally make the repair and left that up to me to do, which I still need to get that done. But I would recommend and use again for any other plumbing needs.

The toilets were backing up and the shower was not draining. Sterling cleared everything by snaking the clean out. He gave me options for more permanent solutions. Very nice gentleman. Very affordable on my budget. I would use again. I am very pleased. Thank you Sterling.
